The difference of 300 up is big, but it's easier to use "rush" due to the difference in usability. Good

However, if you say that unlimited cards are weak, that's not the case at all. It certainly doesn't match the Monster Reborn spell card in terms of speed and performance, but since there are a lot of reusable decks, it's still a very powerful card in decks where you can make use of it.
