▶︎ Deck	《Cloudian - Eye of the Typhoon》 3 サンダー・ボルト 2013/07/19 20:53 It's supposed to be a trump card for "Cloudian", but it's surprisingly difficult to use even for "Cloudian". There is also the weight of the highest grade, but above all, the existence of "Nimbusman", which can obtain a huge ATK with one release, is too big. The effect of changing the battle position is also quite good, but it stays at a level that is quite good. It's the highest grade, and it has the disadvantage of self-destructing with a single energy controller, so it's tough unless there's a stronger effect. Good

The effect of the coin toss is that you will suffer damage if you use one face up, and the effects of the two face ups are short-lived, so the practical level effect is only 3 face ups, which is quite severe. When you return, you can set a face-up monster, but if you return to your turn, it will be the opponent's turn immediately, so the influence is not good enough. Good

If you use the Thunder family, it's easy to line up level 4s, and if you can get level 4x3 quickly, it's worth adopting. It is important to be able to reuse 《Thunder Sea Horse》, which cannot be recovered with 《Recycling Batteries》. Also, since the recovery effect can be applied even if this card is not present during the end phase, there is no problem with Xyz summoning after banishing it. Good
