Granmarg is probably the most active, and [Dark Gaia] doesn't seem to have a place. Unless it's a spectacular Rock enhancement, it's unlikely to be used. That being said, it's effects and status are worthy of the highest grade, so I don't think it's too weak if you can make use of your attributes and races. Good
▶︎ Deck	《Performapal Stamp Turtle》 8 究極 2015/08/28 0:24 Ability to convert Rank 4 to Rank 5. It was powerful on its own, but with Red Resonator, you can get up to Level 8 Synchro. Good

That said, 4x2 is too inflated, so it's not powerful enough to be adopted as a general-purpose one. If there are more 4x3 bound themes like Star Seraph, he will inevitably be called in, and it would be convenient if he could be a Deck. Good
