This card cannot Normal Summon. He can Special Summon only if he has 4 or more "Lightsworn" monsters in his GY. By paying 1000 LP, destroy all cards on the field other than this card. As long as this card exists face-up on your field, send 4 cards from the top of your Deck to GY in each of your End Phases.
How many times have I been made to drink boiled water by this child? There are summoning conditions, but it's very easy for Lairo to meet them. Then, it pops out easily from your hand and just pays 1000 to wipe out the field. Even if you fall into GY, you can salvage it by reincarnating or summoning light. It was regulated for a while, but made a complete revival.
