As Mr. Zark said, in TG, if you start 《Psi-Reflector》, you can summon 1 more 《T.G. Screw Serpent》or a level 1 non-tuner TG monster from your hand. The weight of the summon is not much different from the original Hulbert Cannon, although the summon probability itself is lower than the original because you need to draw Psi-Reflector.
However, the RBI is only slightly increased, but the effect doesn't change much, and TG is not good at having resistance to both battle destruction and effect destruction, so it would be nice if we could eliminate that type, but it's passive, so it's impossible, so even if it's eliminated. I think it's greatest strength is that it can become a raw Halbert Cannon, but it's a pity that it's limited to destruction and sometimes I miss the timing.
At the very least, it would be nice if it wasn't when the effect of (2) was destroyed, but when it left the field by battle or by the opponent... I feel that he is a card that can be used even by mixing the accident personnel called Buster Mode into his Deck.
In the Assault Mode Deck, it's fairly easy to start with two copies of Psi-Reflector and Assault Beast, or two copies of Assault Sentinel and Assault Mode Activate. I think it will exert its power of control, but most of the time, even if it's an RBI, it can't be used because the effect of Assault Reboot is summoned in Defense Position. If I could at least use it as a follow-up in the Battle Phase, I could have become a finisher in Assault Mode...
