Everyone knows the strong point, so I'll leave it. The performance itself seen by itself is 10 points.
Here are some interesting points compared to other cards. No matter how important it is to avoid interference in a deck, space is tight with Graves and Assassinates. As the word "must counter" suggests, cards that your opponent wants to stop are cards that you want to pass no matter what, so this card, which is premised on allowing that interference, feels a bit out of line with your needs. As far as the return you get, even though it's a banned card, I get the impression that it's a matter of luck.
If you combine it with Grave and Obliterate, you can stop the interference and attack three battles, so if you really have Deck space, it's a ridiculous card.
