I think that (1) the effect of excluding cards sent to each other's girlfriend's GY, (2) the effect of replenishing X materials, and (3) the effect of banishing cards on the field with a free chain face-down, are all excellent.
It requires 3 level 7 monsters as X materials, but in addition to putting out "Kashtira Shangri-Ira" and a "Kashtira" card that has the effect of banishing it in the face-down Defense Position, regular summoning is not difficult with a "Kashtira" Deck, so I think there is no problem.
Among the "Kashtira" monsters, it has the highest stats and can be called a trump card.

2ndExpurrely Noir

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Expurrely Noir ▶︎ Deck 9.9 12 Expurrely Noir Xyz Monster
Effect Monster
- 7 Fairy 1100 2800
2 Level 7 monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 2 monster you control with 5 or more materials. (Transfer its materials to this card.) This card is unaffected by your opponent's activated effects while it has 5 or more materials. You can detach 2 materials from this card, then target 1 card your opponent controls or in their GY; place it on the bottom of the Deck. This is a Quick Effect if this card has a Level 1 "Purrely" monster as material.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Expurrely Noir"
* In the event of a tie, the one with the highest total number of evaluations will be ranked higher.

Purrely A monster that is one of the rank 7X monsters and can only be completely resistant to the opponent's activated effects under certain conditions.
On top of that, it's not that difficult to put out in that state, and it's not only hard, but it also has a conditional Deck Bounce removal effect that allows you to use it with a perfect flitch during each other's turn, so it's not that high of a status. Even if you aim to destroy it in battle, if you have Delicious Memory as an X material, your ability will rise to a point where you can't reach it.
The theme is originally a card that is strong against perfect resistance, or it is so heavy that it seems impossible to break through unless you have countermeasures other than decks that normally include Kaiju from the main, so while Purrely is in the environment At the very least, it is essential to have counter cards in your side Deck.
