It seems that he's a Rank 7 Purrely, and it's supposed to be stacked with a Rank 2 Purrely that has 5 or more materials, but he can also put out a level 7×2 Purrely.
However, if the materials are not available, the potential cannot be demonstrated, so the performance is not good.
Also, if level 1 Purrely is a material, the effect of 1 will be strengthened, and if there are 5 materials, the effect of 2 will be obtained.
It has the effect of negate all the opponent's monster effects, but even if there is a level 1 Purrely in the material, it can only be used during your turn and it will not interfere.
The effect of 2 is 1500 burns at the time of battle, which is a high number, but it is modest for the time and effort.
It looks unattractive for the pack's signboard, but if you strengthen it with Purrely Quick-Play Spell, it becomes a monster with a high murderous intent.
You can play an active role as a finisher by enhancing the odd hit points with Delicious Memory and increasing the number of attacks with Happy Memory.
Since the effect of 2 is not once per turn, if you can hit it more than once, the effect damage alone will be enough to shave off the opponent's LP considerably.

I think the effect of (1) is an excellent effect that negates all monster effects on the opponent's field without allowing a chain if "Purrely" is used as an X material.
(2) has a large burn damage of 1500 when attacking, and I think it's an excellent effect that can finish off when combined with multiple attacks on monsters with "Delicious Happy Memory".
His ATK is the highest among the "Purrely" monsters, and I think it can be said that he is a trump card for offense.

With 5 materials on it, he can be Xyzed on Purrely.
You can use 2 star 7 monsters normally.
You can remove one material and shoot the effect negate on all the opponent's monsters, but it would be nice if this could be used during the opponent's turn.
It's difficult to return the turn to the opponent, so I want to accumulate happy memories and take it to the end of the game. There are also 1500 burns.
I think that it has good performance even if it is used as a general purpose rank 7.
