I found it when I was looking for a rank 7 sabotage agent.
It can be summoned with either 《Pressured Planet Wraitsoth》or 《Kashtira Fenrir》, and I think it's very powerful to be able to interfere with GY in an overinflated modern Yu-Gi-Oh.
Pure Kashtira would probably use 《Kashtira Arise-Heart》, but this seems to be more useful for the Tearlaments Deck for Kashtira parts.
