This deck is a previously posted Harpie deck of his that switched from Simorgh to Tempest.
It is a Deck that can activate Tempest or Hispa when GY is exceeded, and can immediately aim for Xyz if you have a full hand.

Strength

Below are the cards you need to deploy Harpie.
Harpie Channeler
You can Xyz instantly by cutting a Harpie card from your hand. His Xyz Monster of rank 4 or 7 comes out with 2 cards in his hand, so it's a very troublesome card from the opponent's point of view.

● The first is the effect of searching for "Kaleidoscope: Brilliant Alter Ego". If her Harpie exists on your field, you can develop further. However, since it became a factor that often leads to card accidents, we are currently pulling it out.
●Second, at the end of the turn when this card is destroyed and sent to his GY, he can search the Deck for up to 3 Harpie cards. The return turn starts with your hand replenished, so you can attack or defend, but when adding more than one card to your hand, be sure to choose cards with different names. Also, as will be described later, if there is no search target in the Deck, it will be rotten, so be careful.

When there is a card that you really don't want to break, you can avoid destruction by specifying this card. Also, if you summon them at the same time, only one can be broken (arbitration), so be careful.

● When Harpie Channeler's effects cannot be used, and when there are no monsters that can be called from the Deck, if this card is deployed, it becomes a substitute for Harpie's Zuppet Dragon. Of course, you can use it as a material for Rank 7 Xyz, or you can hit it.

Weakness

Since it uses GY, it is still vulnerable to exclusion cards such as macros and rifts. Also, BF Gale, who was the only one I put in, but I can't go to beat Christia with this card alone.
In order to defeat Christia, the only way to break through is to hit her with Gale while the effect of the hunting ground is applied, or force her to break with GBA.
As other weaknesses, the Holy Grail, Veiler, and Skidre, which negate the effects of monsters on the field, are natural enemies. The place where the effect is mainly used is on the field, so it sticks beautifully.
As a countermeasure against these, if you don't attack suddenly and develop after anticipating the situation where the opponent can't do anything, the negate system can be dealt with. Next, the effect that restricts summoning is to determine how the opponent will develop, build a ruler in advance, or use Di Sigma to net his LIGHT monster to counter Christia. So, to some extent, the opponent's deployment speed may be slowed down, and there may be opportunities for us to attack.

Customize

Luckily, it's a Deck that doesn't fall into the abyss, so it has the characteristic of being less prone to traps, which is the most troublesome reaction to summoning. On the other hand, since there are many cards that are treated as cards with the same name in GY, they are extremely weak against 《Karma Cut》. Therefore, it would be best to set up a ruler and limit the activation of cards to protect them before a large number of them are removed.
Also, there were relatively many chances to use GBA, so I thought I should pay more attention to Effect Monsters than his opponent's Spells and Traps.
So it might be a good idea to load up some Grails, Veilers, 《Safe Zone》, and Demoches. However, it may be an accident factor, so if you put it in, it depends on the other party.
After that, I think that it is a deck that can stand around enough if you can manage the fuel consumption of the Tempest.
