A Deck that maximizes the effects of Water Dragon's destruction.
Start by sending 2 Hydrogeddon, 1 Oxygeddon, 1 Tidal, and 1 Water Dragon to GY.
It may look tough, but since there are Tidal and 《Skreech》in the water genus, I think he will be able to fertilize GY relatively easily.
Once GY is fertilized, use the Tidal effect to exclude water dragons and random water and special summon.
Then sacrifice Tidal to summon Sealancer. Equip the 2 cards removed by the Tidal effect with the effect of Sealancer.
With this, even if Sealancer is removed, he will still have dinosaurs coming out of GY.
Monsters don't stick, so it should be strong...
