I knew that magic and Dragon Ruler would be regulated under the new restrictions, but Mermail was unexpected.
(Even though I was a child Dragon Ruler and Fear, but...)
That's why I'd like to introduce a model that I remade a little.
If you ask me what has changed from before, there is no big difference.
The Mist King made it easier to get Rank 7, I tried salvage the frame of Fear, and I added Trishula and Missing Sword as extras.
You can still get a kill from Tidal and Dragoons, and you can use Diva to try and force a move.
However, compared to before, Fear's vigilance has faded, and cyclones are flying around.
《Abyss-squall》is not a replacement for Fear. Rather, it is a trump card. …if not destroyed

Strength

Rank 7 is relatively easy to put out, and I can easily put out a synchro.
Diva is really strong. Also for laying out Trish and Gungu, and for Rank 2.
Also, Mermail's strength is that the cards discarded for cost are not wasted.

Weakness

It's a dimensional system. Opion still can't be helped, but if it can't be sent to GY, it will go bankrupt.
Surprisingly weak are the control dash system and his deck that pushes with RBI. Also, there is a Deck that can easily load Cyclone...

Customize

I think it would be a good idea to add Mist King and Gorth to his Deck, which mainly pushes Rank 7.
Also, you might want to try strengthening Rank 4. Then you can easily get the Bahamut Shark. (It's pretty tough as it is now, but...)
Even if you squeeze the extra in the current situation, it's a pan-pan,,,. Vulcan, Abyss, Missing Sword, and Mist are current replacement candidates. Gachigachi, Starry Dragon, Doloren, Cribble, etc. are candidates for adoption.
The type I introduced this time is the one I actually use, so I think it would be a good idea to try adjusting it to make it easier to use.
