I wanted to simply focus on Aqua, and mixing Ishizu would make it too strong, so I decided to build as purely as possible.
In order to reduce deck power, the general-purpose frame is not Urara, Increased G, and Awakage, but Veiler, 《Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion》, and 《Breakthrough Skill》. 《Electromagnetic Turtle》is for fun.
Basically, ad-libs using Meiru, Tiaksha, Sheilane, etc. are the axis of development, but the main point to remember is

Weakness

Needless to say, Extra Meta, Special Summon Meta, and GY Meta take huge damage. Basically, it's a theme that randomly drops cards from the deck to his GY just like Lightsworn, so it's slightly difficult to handle meta-countermeasure cards such as Feathers and Cosmic Cyclone.
For the time being, it is possible to deal somewhat with "Breakthrough Skill" (introduced as compatibility with "Infinite Impermanence") regarding monster effects.

Customize

General-purpose frames such as turtles, reinforcements, 《Breakthrough Skill》and extra spaces are free. You can put your favorite card in it.
In addition, cards in the Side Deck are candidates for replacement.
Note that Midrash has been named as a candidate for regulation.
Baguska card power is too high, so I took it out.
Since it can interfere with GY, we are considering adopting the fusion body Sacrifice, but since the versatility of Grapha, Stapelia, and Lurukaros is very high, I probably won't use it.

《Tearlaments Scream》is stacked two copies in order to access the Tiara Trap, but if you feel that it is unnecessary, you can reduce the number or reject it.
Also, due to the revision of the limit, he has a higher ratio of WATER monsters, so it seems possible to adopt 《El Shaddoll Anoyatyllis》to avoid accidents.
In addition, if you think you don't have enough tuners for Chaos Ruler, it's a good idea to use 《Jet Synchron》to increase access.
Using high-level monsters such as each Fusion Monster and Chaos Ruler, it would be nice to set up a large Synchro like Baroness.
