Basically, you don't use extras. Feel free to use the extra slots on Deck. Depending on the card used, the main deck may be completely in the dark. Also, while it works very well with all-clearing cards such as Torrent Funeral, you should be careful when using Trap cards, as they do not work well with Goes.
