Rocket Deck. Emphasizing stability, we have prepared three patterns of deployment methods. Each has a different final board, and the smaller the number, the more ideal the board.
1.
A. Remus + 1 dragon (unnecessary for deployment) + 1 hand cost
B. 《Dragon Ravine》(Terafo) + 1 Dragon (unnecessary for deployment) + 2 hand cost
C. Black metal + 1 dragon (unnecessary for deployment or bright white dragon) + 2 hand cost
The final board of Pattern 1 is Savage with Borrel End and Link 3 equipment. Since the sector is searched on the way, even if your monsters are wiped out, if there are monsters in the opponent's field, you can resist by reviving GY's tracer. Also, if you have an Absoluter when using your hand as a cost, you can add Synchron to your hand and Synchronize from the next turn onwards. Basically, aim for this board.

① Valley search with the effect of Remus. Activate Ravine and use 1 card from your hand as the cost for Legatus Search.
② Special Summon Legatus. Special Summon Remus with GY's Remus effect.

The final board of Pattern 2 is Sector, Raigo and Savage equipped with Link 2, and Tracer. This is if pattern 1's hand does not come, or if pattern 1's ① is negate by back etc., pattern 2's board can be made with the above hand. However, 2-B requires 4 cards to deploy. If you use anything other than Absoluter as the cost in 1-C, you will have 3 cards in your hand, so you cannot deploy. note that.
On this board, in addition to negate the opponent's effect with Savage, Raigou's effect is triggered with a tracer to hinder the opponent's development.
Raigo's effect is activated by destroying unnecessary cards on your field with a tracer. You can destroy one of your opponent's cards. This is the basic move.
At this time, Tracer's effect will Special Summon his Rokket monster, but depending on the monster you put out, you can do things other than destroy your opponent's cards.
For example, if you have a monster on your opponent's field that is "cannot be targeted by effects" or "cannot be destroyed by effects" and you want to remove it, use Tracer's effect to Special Summon Magna Rokket. Then Raigo's effect is activated, and by targeting Magna, Magna's effect is activated. You can "select" and "send to GY" an opponent's monster that self-destructs with its own effect and has the above resistance.
I will also describe how to use it for advanced users. For example, when a situation such as "the opponent summoned 2 P monsters" or "summoned 2 Effect Monsters including Orcust" is likely to summon Electrum and Galatea respectively. So, when the two bodies came into play, I activated the effect of the tracer and used Silver Rokket as Special Summon. By targeting Silver with Raigou's effect and destroying it, you can eliminate Electrum and Galatea from your opponent's EX Deck. In this way, with knowledge of your opponent's deck, you can pinpoint the key cards in your opponent's EX deck and prevent their deployment.
The deployment of 2 is a compromise deployment, but I personally like it because I think it behaves more like a Rokket Deck than 1.

① Activate Revolve. Effect Special Summon Tracer and Special Summon Absoluter.
② Striker link with tracer as material. Sector search by effect.
③ Destroy the Absoluter with the Striker's effect and return the Tracer to your hand. Search for Explodes with Absoluter's effect.
④ Activate the sector. With its effect, Special Summon two bodies, Tracer and Explode, from your hand to the right end.
⑤ Link Summon Romulus to the left EX Monster Zone using Explode and Striker as materials.
⑥ Use the effect to search for the Divine Spear and equip it to Romulus. Equip Phalanx to Romulus with the effect of Divine Spear. Phalanx effects himself to his Special Summon. Special Summon on the bottom left of Romulus with pisti using it as a material.
⑦ Destroy the Divine Spear with Tracer's effect and turn Synchron into Special Summon. Using it as a material, link summon a second striker to the bottom right of Romulus.
