Playing

The effect of "By Order of the Emperor" can negate the effect of "King Tiger Wanghu", so you can only draw 1 card without being affected by the effect of "King Tiger Wanghu".
・The 1400 or less in the effect of "King Tiger Wanghu" is the number after lowering it with Ultimate Insect or "Burden of the Mighty", so the opponent cannot summon most monsters / Special Summon.
・Face-down monsters are dealt with with Grandmall and Mystic Swordsman.
・When your opponent summons, you can activate the effect of 《Naturia Cosmobeet》in your hand and negate it with 《By Order of the Emperor》to draw one card. (However, the effect of "Naturia Cosmobeet" activated against the set cannot be negate.)
・If you don't have a monster in your hand, you can't draw a one-fu + order, so you can return it to your hand and use Honest repeatedly.
・"Kagetokage" is also an effect that activates when summoned successfully, so you can negate it with "By Order of the Emperor" and draw one. However, when used in conjunction with Wanfu's effect, only the effect of Kagetokage can be negate, so be careful.
