Playing

A Godwin superman fan Deck that uses Level 5 monsters, 《Fire Ant Ascator》, and Super-Summon to Synchro Summon, and gradually corners the opponent with 《Sun Dragon Inti》and 《Moon Dragon Quilla》.
Other level 6 and 8 Synchro Monsters can also be summoned depending on the situation.
As a trump card, I put the strongest Earthbound Immortal () Wiraqocha Rasca.
Unlike in the anime, he doesn't have the effect of making LP 1, so it's used as a joke, but somehow I think Discard is a fairly powerful effect.
A Godwin superman-like card, 《Earthbound Greater Linewalker》, has the effect of interfering with his opponent's LP, so if you want to pretend play, go for it.

Strength

Once you can decide to synchro summon Inti and Quira, a resurrection loop will be possible.
Field Spell, 《Earthbound Geoglyph》can search for "Earthbound Immortal" Spell, Trap from the Deck every time a Synchro Monster is Special Summoned, so if Inti and Quira's resurrection loop can be determined, a large hand cost is required. This Deck also plays a role in earning valuable hand-ads.
By setting his spells and traps that you searched for, you can use them as costs for the effects of Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca.

Weakness

Inti and Quira are strong against combat and effect destruction, but weak against bounce and banishment.
Avoid it with 《Destruct Potion》.
Also, since it relies heavily on Synchro Summoning and his GY, if they are sealed, he will not be able to move.
Necrovalley and 《Vanity's Emptiness》are natural enemies, so it might be a good idea to stack cards such as Cyclone as countermeasures.

Customize

GY has a lot of effects that activate in his hand, so it might be a good idea to remove Earthbound Immortal-related cards and insert 《Skill Drain》.
However, since it was Godwin's character deck, I couldn't remove his Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca...
Conversely, it might be a good idea to try increasing his other Earthbound Immortals like the TF series.
