Strength

《Mathematician》
Basically, send 《Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion》or 《Felis, Lightsworn Archer》to her GY and connect it to development. Also, by sending 《Fiendish Rhino Warrior》to GY, you will be able to send any Fiend monster to GY, but this move can also be done with 《Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss》, so I don't think you will be able to do that with this card. .
《Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion》
You can Special Summon level 3 tokens when sent to GY. If you send this card to GY with "Mathematician", you can link summon "Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss" with "Mathematician" and "Mecha Phantom Beast Token".
《Felis, Lightsworn Archer》
He is a tuner who can Special Summon himself when sent from Deck to GY by a monster effect. If you send this card to GY with "Mathematician", you can connect it to a level 7 S monster or "Crystron Halqifibrax". 《Shooting Riser Dragon》if you want more GY fertilizer, 《Dark Strike Fighter》if you want to burn, 《Black Rose Dragon》if you want to reset the field, 《F.A. Lightning Master》if you want Spell/Trap meta, monster effect meta did I think it would be better if you could use it properly like 《Clear Wing Fast Dragon》.

You can Special Summon tuners of level 3 or lower from the Deck when Link Summoning. You can Special Summon 《Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion》or 《Infernoid Decatron》with this Deck. You can Link Summon a Link 3 monster with Special Summoned Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion and this card. If 《Topologic Trisbaena》is Link Summoned, you can Special Summon a “Mecha Phantom Beast Token” to the link destination of 《Topologic Trisbaena》to remove all of his Spells/Traps on the field while Burning. If you don't use the effect of "Topologic Trisbaena", you can link summon a Link 3 monster and a "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" to a Link 4 monster.
《Sangan》
When sent from the field to GY, you can search the Deck for monsters with ATK of 1500 or less. This Deck is mainly used to search for 《Mathematician》. When Normal Summoning, you can actively use the search effect by using it as a link material for 《Salamangreat Almiraj》.
《Tour Guide From the Underworld》
By recruiting "Sangan" and using both as link materials for "Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss", the effect of "Sangan" can be activated. When recruiting 《Fiendish Rhino Warrior》, you can send any Fiend monster to GY by sending 《Fiendish Rhino Warrior》to GY as a material.
《Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss》
A Link Monster that can send Level 3 monsters from the Deck to GY. By sending 《Fiendish Rhino Warrior》to GY, you will be able to send any Fiend monster to GY. All Infernoid monsters are Fiend monsters, so any Infernoid monster can be sent from the Deck to GY.

Weakness

33 out of 40 cards in the main deck are monsters, so it would be painful if the monster effects were negate.
