This time it's his Igknight Deck, dramatically enhanced by Super Defense Warriors Strike and V-Jump.
《Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights》limits the effects of monsters added to the hand and Special Summon, but it does not limit the activation of Pendulum Scale and the activation of pendulum effects.
Also, he has an Igknight card that has more than a reinforcement effect in this deck if you have two of them.
As a result, this deck needs only 2 out of his 24 Igknight + Reinforcements + 26 《Sublimation Knight》, and you can Special Summon 《Immortal Phoenix Gearfried》very consistently.
Therefore, it is possible to increase the number of decks, and it is a structure that suppresses the probability that cards that you do not want to draw will come to your hand.
Also, it has a strong affinity with 《Heavymetalfoes Electrumite》in terms of attributes, and the ability to use 《Heavymetalfoes Electrumite》that has completed its role as a material for 《Union Carrier》is a feature not found in other P Decks.

Strength

Even with 2 Igknights, if they are golden and the scales match, you can go up to P summoning. It's a pleasure to be able to stably raise Immortal Phoenix Gearfried and break through without activating effects etc. when destroyed except for perfect monsters.

As for the deployment example of ③ and B), since he uses 6 Igknights, it is possible to have 6 cards in the first hand with 5 cards + 2 golden draws + 1 draw of Electrum and 6 cards in the search for Isolde. In this construction where the majority of decks are occupied by his Igknight, it is a highly possible deployment example, and 90% of A) is a possible deployment example.

Weakness

① Weak against proliferating G and Nibiru
The only way to build Gearfried stably is after summoning 5 or more and doing a Special Summon. I have no choice but to remove it.
Let's hope that the increase G draws Uraraka or the nominee.
(2) 《Dark Ruler No More》is thrown
Unlike Zefra's Counter Trap and Magician's Space-Time, there is no Trap interference, so it can be said that it is a weak point that if you are hit by 《Dark Ruler No More》, there will be no interference other than the Buster Blade.
(3) Monsters will stab you
On the final stage, there is no interference from bass blur or S-drama with one monster, and there is no interference other than Gearfried.
It can be said about all of the weaknesses from ① to ③, but after the preceding Saichen, activating 《Burning Bamboo Sword》will be a half countermeasure.
Also, it is a natural weakness of the pre-development deck, but since the gimmick is almost gone in the first turn, if the opponent empties the board, you will lose even if the turn comes back.

Customize

I built his deck with stability as the top priority, so if I have 2 or more cards in my hand, I only have 1 weak 《Rescue Rabbit》or Expaladin.
But it's true that having one of these guys in your hand and he also having Igknight in your hand is the best development.
If you can afford the increased chance of card mishaps, you might want to reduce the number of Igknights and add this card.
Also, I think it's an option to remove "Broken Bamboo Sword" and put in a new pack of Durandal, but the equipment for negate Gearfried is only S Dora or Astro, so one monster. It can be said that there are merits and demerits because the interference disappears. I don't have a problem pulling out when attacking last, though.
