① Discard 《Junk Converter》and any tuner and activate the effect of 《Junk Converter》. Add 《Junk Synchron》from Deck to hand
② Normal Summon 《Junk Synchron》. Special Summon GY's 《Junk Converter》in Defense Position.
③ Synchro summons 《Ib the World Chalice Justiciar》using 《Junk Synchron》and 《Junk Converter》as materials. Special Summon GY's "Junk Synchron" in Defense Position with the effect of "Junk Converter" which became a Synchro Material. Add "World Legacy Guardragon" from the Deck to your hand with the effect of "Ib the World Chalice Justiciar"
(4) Link summons "Crystron Halqifibrax" using "Ib the World Chalice Justiciar" and "Junk Synchron" as materials. With the effect of Ib the World Chalice Justiciar sent to GY, Special Summon Lee the World Chalice Fairy from the Deck. Strength

Since there are a lot of tuners that cost Junk Converter, it's easy to put in a lot of hand trigger tuners.

Weakness

Both 《Junk Converter》and 《Draconnet》are vulnerable to hand triggers such as 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》, and 《Nibiru, the Primal Being》also works.

Customize

《Junk Converter》can easily synchro summon 《Ib the World Chalice Justiciar》, so if you change to a Dragon Link build, you may be able to get past 《Nibiru, the Primal Being》.
