On the way he sends to GY Raiden Dragon, Jackalobe, and Goatrus can be dropped in any order as long as he doesn't send Goatlus at the cost of Dark Grepher. (Because sending Goatrus to his GY as a cost doesn't trigger the effect.)
Also, he only needs to send one card to GY before Skaldet, so other than that, it's fine as long as he draws it with Skaldet's effect. You can also send Raijuryu to his GY instead of Raidenryu. In that case, it is necessary to send Raiden Dragon, which is Special Summoned by Raiju Ryu's effect, to GY by some means.

Strength

There are many things that are required, but if you go well, you can go up to the 4-body material Skaldet Super Thunder Dragon Archon Savage as mentioned above (sometimes Titanic is also lined up)

《Crossout Designator》+Nibiru adoption might be a good countermeasure against Nibiru.
If you can Special Summon within 5 times of Azathoth, I think that is also good. (I only came up with this idea after playing Niarra with Ovirap + Grepher.)
