Strength

Discard it along with Gantara (and other water) with the tidal effect, drop other Ice Barriers from GY (prioritize them if Gantara is not dropped), and revive Gandhara with a missionary by making full use of crests, surfacing, etc. movement.
If there is a high priest, it is also a strength that you can easily hit a black hole and a torrent funeral.
In the second half, it is difficult to attack due to the number of cards in hand. Go for the tidal or top evangelist, pray for the crest

Weakness
