There was something I didn't understand about the ruling on 《Safe Zone》. There's no point in chaining after being targeted. Therefore, the activation timing of "Safe Zone" is not when the opponent's Big Eye effect is activated, but when Big Eye is summoned. Even so, I think it's enough because you'll miss your opponent's expectations and deploy Big Eye in vain.
