Playing

The concept is fully fertilized, revived with Church and Living Fossil, and developed multiple The Weather.
Modified to enter Tempest due to the revision of restrictions in October 2018.

Strength

Depending on how well it is fertilized, it can show tremendous explosive power. Even without The Weather set, Lilo or Dragon can often be forced to move.

Weakness

Because of The Weather with a lot of impurities, there are many accidents as The Weather. If he gets a card in his deck or GY that he wants, such as Valve in his hand, it's rather troublesome because there aren't many hand cost types.
Also, Special Summon does not activate Ciel's effects.

Customize

It is also possible to increase the Weather element and stabilize it.
This recipe doesn't focus on it, but I think it's a good idea to lean towards Permanent Cards and Turmel combos like Skidre and Valhalla.
