You can also search if you have 《Predaplanet》. No amount of destruction resistance or untargetable effects are powerless before release.
When attacking second, it is the same as when the preceding turn comes around.
Even after the opponent has fully deployed, if you place a counter, the opponent's monsters will decrease and your own monsters will increase, so Urara and Usagi were not included.
