Playing

Now that all the four Dragon Rulers have a child Dragon Ruler, I thought that the rider wouldn't breathe fire. There are probably many parts that have already been published, but I think I was able to make it so that it would rotate in my own way. Nine child Dragon Rulers might seem like a lot, but it spins just fine. However, delicate playing is required because you have to fight while saving four Dragon Rulers.
I adjusted with the overseas version of ADS. (Because it is easy to adjust in online battles) The score in online battles after adjustment is
Mermail 5 wins in 5 races
Evilswarm 7 wins 5 wins
Brotherhood of the Fire Fist 4 axes 4 battles 4 wins
Brotherhood of the Fire Fist 3 axes 3 games 2 wins
Dragon Ruler 11 fights 11 wins (everyone loves Dragon Ruler;
Exodia 4 races 4 wins
Dragunity Buster 6 wins 5 wins
Laval 3 races 3 wins
Lightsworn 4 out of 4 wins
Fire King 3 wins from 3 races
Infernity 4 races 4 wins
Sacred time 2 wins in 2 races
sin 5 wins 4 wins
Dark World (including Skidre, Virus, and Handicap) 8 wins 7 wins
Machina Gia Gaje 2 wins 2 races
Bujin 4 wins in 4 races
Madolche 4 wins from 5 races
Spellbook 6 wins 5 wins
Thunder King Rai-Oh》other Special Summon meta 4 games 3 wins
Constellar 6 out of 6 wins
The Six Samurai 4 races 4 wins
Gael 6 wins 5 wins
Gishki 4 out of 4 wins
etc.... Almost all the others won.
So I thought Dragon Ruler and Rider were too strong... OTL.
In the next competition, it seems that they will be paired with Kamikaze and wield a ferocious power.
The basic flow is to use Dragon Ruler's movement to bring out Dragosac, create a Tribute token like Rider's Tribute with its effect, and put out Rider on the first turn.
If Rider can play from the first turn, the opponent will lose at least 2 cards, so if he fails, the game will be settled on the return turn. Moreover, since the search effect can be used almost every turn, even if the first rider breaks through, you can immediately put out the second one.
Of course, you can win Dragon Ruler vs Dragon Ruler without any problem. His Dragon Ruler now spins his deck, so he doesn't have too many traps on his back, so it's easier to get riders out consistently. Furthermore, even if you give up the lead to your opponent, they will almost certainly give you a Dragosac, so if you take it with a Big Eye, you can use the opponent's Drago to become a Rider. Once you put out even a rider, Dragon Ruler can't move because there are few normal summon monsters and only ss in effects.
Casually a Dragon Ruler killer.
Even if you can't put out a Rider on the first turn, you can fight as a Dragon Ruler Deck normally, so Rider is a demon. (I think that the win rate exceeded 70% even in situations where the riders could not be put out.
If his Deck works well, he can sometimes get 2 Dragosaks on turn 1, so even if he can stop Dragosacks with Veiler, he can use the second Dragosacks.
Rider's ATK is 2800 at the beginning, so Dragosak's 2600 and the rest 2600, which will be with him on the field, can be killed with either Daital or Blaster. Even if the opponent has 《Tragoedia》or Goes in their hand, if Rider strikes first, all hand triggers after passing 2800 will be stopped by Rider, so you can pass 8000 without any problem. (In the case of "Battle Fader", the effect is activated when an attack is declared, so even if everyone attacks, the opponent's LP will remain 500.
You can also counter his deck with counters. If you have up to 3 face-down cards, you can't put out a rider, but you'll be able to activate everything while leaving the wall on the field. Dragon Ruler's GY is like a hand, so at this point you should be able to widen your ad gap with your opponent. However, due to spell speed, counter traps cannot be blocked by riders, so Negate Attack cannot be blocked.
It's mostly monsters and he has more than 1500 ATK, so magic and 《Eradicator Epidemic Virus》won't hurt so much.

Strength

An orthodox combo. Rider summon route. "If you have a child Dragon Ruler, a Wyvern, or another Dragon Ruler in your hand."
Child Dragon Ruler A's effect → Discard Wyvern and himself Dragon Ruler Ass → Wyvern effect, banish Rider → Banish Wyvern and child Dragon Ruler A by effect of Dragon Ruler B in hand, Dragon Ruler Bss → Rider search by Wyvern effect → Dragon Dragosacssss with Ruler AB → 2 tokenssss with Drago effect → Summon tokens to Tribute as Rider (This Dragon Ruler A and B can be the same Dragon Ruler. Blaster and blaster with burner effect ss, etc.)
Tomaa, a rider appears with three cards. During this combo, if you can summon another Dragon Ruler with another card in your hand, you can leave one token behind and let Rider out. That way, Dragosac will survive the holistic destruction effect when the rider is broken through, so it will be easier for the next development.
When issuing a token with the effect of Dragosak, remove the material of the Dragon Ruler that he Special Summoned with the child Dragon Ruler. His Dragon Ruler hasn't used his effect yet, so he can put his Special Summon on the field again with his own effect. Summon riders with this Dragon Ruler and token in one.
1 shot kill combo. Redame summoning route. Similarly, if you have a "Water" or "Fire" child Dragon Ruler and a Wyvern in your hand, or another "Water" or "Fire" Dragon Ruler.
Child Dragon Ruler (fire, water) effect → Discard wyvern and yourself Dragon Ruler (fire, water) ss → Wyvern effect, excluding redame → Wyvern and child Dragon Ruler (fire, water) effect of hand Dragon Ruler (fire, water) , water), Dragon Ruler (fire, water) ss → redame search with wyvern effect → remove the dragon ruler that was put out by the child dragon ruler and redamess → same with the effect of the excluded dragon ruler (fire, water) Search for Dragon Ruler → ss Dragon Ruler (fire, water) added from hand with the effect of Redame
With this, 2800 Redame and at least 5200 are enough, so Tidal's 2600 x 2 will do. So you can get a one-shot kill without any problem with either one or both blasters.
Since I haven't used the summoning right so far, I can also expand after destroying the whole with Black Rose from the debris.
Here is the explanation of the card.
Redame originally had good compatibility with Dragon Ruler, but with the addition of Rider, I thought it was strong in terms of being effective against resurrection targets after holistic destruction effects. After that, it also contributes as a rider's processing person when you think that you can attack on the next turn after misfiring the opponent's card with the rider. If you use the rider cost to redame and revive Blaster or Daital, it will exceed 8000 with Drago, and there are many other one-shot kill routes using redame. I have won many matches thanks to Redame.
The reason why I only have 3 Lightnings among the child Dragon Ruler is because Tempest's search effect can directly bring Riders to your hand. The reason why I set the tuner to only his WIND is to make it easier to search as much as possible.
Even if you don't have Tempest, if you have Tidal and his other WATER in your hand, you can use the effect to drop Wyvern to GY, so you can move. In short, even if you don't have Wyvern in your starting hand, you can get a Rider with the effect of Tempest or Tidal. If you have them, go ahead and aim for them. However, in the case of Tidal, he will need another Dragon Ruler of his to exclude the Wyvern after dropping it on GY, so if he doesn't have the original Dragon Ruler, he will normally use Special Summon. I prefer to use effects.
Debris Dragon is included because it can be connected to Black Rose by targeting Lightning. So it's a good idea to leave at least one Lightning in GY. You can also synchronize Dragosak's level 3 tokens to Black Rose. If Black Rose can be summoned with this, only Dragosak will be left behind, and it will be interesting.
Corsesca wanted to put in 8 synchros because of her Dragon Ruler's lack of RBIs. The compatibility between Shinkōryū and Dragosak is good, and Crimson Blader, who is a meta for her Deck that uses many high-level monsters such as Dark World, her Dragon Ruler, and Heroes, is really reassuring.
The treasure sword is a single piece. With Dragon Ruler, 3 stacks may be the basics, but even if there are too many cards in your hand, you'll be disappointed.
Golden Chest is a Dragon Ruler target and search for a child Dragon Ruler. With this, even if one Dragon Ruler is removed, she can use the effects of the child Dragon Ruler in a balanced manner because she has a ratio of 3 to 2 other than Fusei.
Super Rejuvenation》. This is the life of this Deck. Until now, it was thought that 3 stacks were heavy for Dragon Rulers, but now that all the child Dragon Rulers are complete, they often discard 4 or more cards to GY in one turn, which greatly contributes to earning ad money. I can now give.
If you have the first hand in the lead, you can also have a situation where you have 6 cards in your hand with Dragosac, Token, and Rider on the field. (By the way, riders can only be negate by activating effects, so if you activate super regeneration before summoning a rider, you can draw without being negate by a rider.
The surrender rate of the opponent after this situation is abnormally high.
Star dragon. This card can be spawned from Debris and Dragon Ruler, Corsesca and Redame. It's a simple RBI monster that will definitely attack, so I've included one.
Arms aid is included for RBI adjustment. Equip Drago from Synchro with tokens from Dragosak ss and Corsesca to hit with 3600 RBI. In rare cases, this is the end.

Weakness

Preceding Evilswarm Opion or 《Macro Cosmos》is a little tight. However, Blaster is a reassuring ally that can counter Infect, which can destroy your opponent's cards with its "Monster Effect", so in order to destroy Opion, add Blaster and Fire to your hand. Macro Cosmos can't activate Blaster's destruction effect, but if he can summon two Dragon Rulers without using a child Dragon Ruler, it can be divided by Dragosak's effect.
After that, naturally, it will stop when the other party puts out a rider in advance. Well, Reactan and Stream can be used normally as attackers, so if you manage to use the effect twice to lower Rider's ATK to 1800, it's not impossible to break through.
Beware of cards that infinitely activate rider effects. The opponent's GY has "Treeborn Frog" and stealer, and the Genesis Archfiend summoned without release (the effect sent to his GY in the end phase is fired repeatedly) is on the field, and there is no cost anyway. You need to be careful with cards that don't have activation restrictions. In terms of the theme, he can fire Lightsworn repeatedly even if he negates the effect sent from Deck to GY during the end phase, so you have to think about the timing of Rider's use.
It is casually weak against destruction resistance. Marshmallows, ghosts, and even defense guys with high defense. If you hit those cards after sending out a Rider, you will have to leave the Rider from the field once to counter it, so you will not be able to attack. If you're really afraid of those cards, summon Big Eye instead of Dragosack, steal the set monster, and turn it into Rider's Tribute.
If G is discarded first, Dragon Ruler will use his Special Summon at least 4 times, so don't overdo it and return the turn. For the time being, one Dragon Ruler will remain on the wall, so I think it's okay, but if you're worried, you might want to load a trap in your bag.

Customize

I could have stacked 3 riders, but I decided to use 2 cards to avoid the minimum number of cards in my hand. With this, even if you draw 2 riders in advance, you can barely develop with the remaining cards. I think 2 is enough, but 3 might be a good counter to his decks with high endurance like Madolche and Mermail.
If a Rider is summoned, the opponent will aim to remove it after Chain 3 after the Rider effect is activated, so it is very convenient to insert a Thunder Break that can break the opponent's summoned monsters and set cards during that time. If you activate it after chain 3, you can greatly upset the opponent's strategy.
Hand triggers such as Vailor and G are aimed at first-hand riders, so I don't put them in the main deck, but it's okay to put them on the side and replace them with 《D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation》. Monsters alone are enough, so he can think of all spells as side change cards.
Anyway, I take precautions with Rider and take troublesome monsters with Big Eye. Dragon Ruler and Rider are awesome
Side.
Overlay Owl》2
Metaion 3
Tsukuyomi Mikoto 2
A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon》2
Cyclone 3
Eradicator Epidemic Virus》3
Overlay Owl》and Tsukuyomi no Mikoto are his anti-Evilswarm countermeasures. Opion does not have the effect of summoning restrictions if there is no material, so if you fly Opion's material, which usually has only one material left, with Owl to search for infection, you can overcome it with the deployment power of Dragon Ruler. Other than Opion, the effect of removing Owl's materials is also useful (for example, to prevent the effect from being recaptured by using the material once in Big Eye, remove it with Owl in advance. Recommend using it.) To do.
Tsukuyomi no Mikoto has versatility and returns to the hand the turn it is summoned, so you can deal with Opion by flipping it face down temporarily and then counter the second Opion after that, so I included it. In addition, he is a very useful card because if he flips over a monster that has Special Summon sealed, he will temporarily be able to Special Summon.
These two don't even get caught in the abyss, and as far as Overlay Owl goes, he's WIND and level 4, so he can also be used with Dragon Ruler. It's a perfect match with Dragon Ruler, which doesn't use summoning rights.
At first, I used Raikou as a countermeasure against Evilswarm, but I was afraid that it would be delayed by one turn, so I took out the second Opion.
Giant Dragon and Cyclone are essential for mental and other drain systems.
I had Veiler in the beginning, but it doesn't work against Evilswarm, and most of the time I get away with Big Eyes and Riders on return turns, so I took it out.
Metaion is good for Evilswarm, and can pass through deployable decks and Special Summon seal holes, so I chose it.
The Darkness Deck mainly uses the Big Eye etc. after using the effect as a cost. With this, the Big Eye will not be stolen and abused, and it will also be meta for Spellbook etc. I think it will also stick in Dark World, so there is no loss to put it in.
when switching sides.
Evilswarm → Spell out other than Super Regeneration Owl, Tsukuyomi no Mikoto, Metaion in (Super Regeneration compensates for the consumption of cards in your hand for the countermeasure cards, so it's better not to pull it out.
Mental and Spell Trap → Spell out other than Super Regeneration and Great Storm Giant Dragon, Cyclone in
Spell Trap bias → Spell out other than Super Regeneration and Great Storm Darkness Deck, Cyclone, Giant Dragon in
Special Summon Seal → Spell out other than Super Regeneration and Great Storm Metaion, Tsukuyomi no Mikoto, Cyclone in (I think Special Summon seals have a lot of backs, so I put in Great Storm and Cyclone. Since the giant dragon can't use Dragon Ruler, I took into account the possibility of it rotting. Not adopted in this case.
Spellbook (Jougen axis) → Spell out other than super regeneration Metaion, Tsukuyomi no Mikoto, Yami Deck in (I'm afraid of the Jougen axis, so I'll deal with these three types anyway.
Anyway, Evilswarm is the scariest in this deck, so I rearranged the sides specifically for it. Even in actual play, I feel that the winning rate in matches has increased dramatically. If your opponent backs a lot with his Evilswarm, put in a giant dragon depending on the situation.
