Strength

[Ancient Gear Fusion or Masmati or Ronfa or Ofris] + [Prisma or Emergency Call or A Hero Lives] + 1 monster for the effect of Ofris is the initial set.

If Dandy is in your hand, you will be desperate, so Magical Mallet puts him back in the deck. I don't need the Titan and Cyframe Driver in my hand either, so I return them.
There are a lot of starting cards, so if you can't stop it, there's a high probability that you'll get an Ancient Gear fusion.

Weakness

It's completely dependent on combos, so if you stop it, you're almost defeated.
Ronfa, "A Hero Lives", when you start with an emergency call, you can negate with γ even if you get hit. If you get hit otherwise, you lose.
He's also weak against Trap because he's aiming for a one-kill second attack.
