I almost never use extras, so please put them in at rank 8. It's perfectly fine without it.

You can search for a Phantasm card every time you get a Blue-Eyed.
Many Phantasm cards are excellent in offense and defense, and you can respond flexibly.
Pacifis's own effect allows you to generate and search for tokens during your opponent's turn, and his Phantasm Trap card can also be activated from your hand to interfere.
Also, if he is equipped with Rasenbutu, if he hits with Blue-Eyed, he can shoot continuously with SPYRAL.
For the time being, if you don't use Pacifis, you can't demonstrate your strengths, so use plenty of Field Search Cards.
If 《The White Stone of Ancients》is Summoned or Special Summoned, you will not be able to use Pacifis, so either set it or send it from your hand or his Deck to GY.
We also use many cards to send from Deck to GY.
If you have his Phantasm token made with Pacifis, you can't make the next token, so I also used Torrent Funeral and Braho.
I really wanted to add more cards, but he had too many cards in his deck, so I cut it.
Along with that, resuscitation cards are also abundantly adopted.
I prioritized Silver's Cry, which can be activated during the opponent's turn, over Return of the Dragon Lords.
This allows you to use search from Pacifis even during your opponent's turn.
SPYRAL and Blue-Eyed are doubled even if they are in your hand, so I traded them in, but it may not be necessary.

Weak when the back is cracked (especially removal with his Spell Trap like Tsuitsui and his Harpie)
Can't move even if Special Summon is sealed
There are plenty of search cards, but if you can't draw Pacifis or drop Shiraishi, you won't be able to turn around.
There is bias in the hand in the fate of the mixed deck
