It is a Deck that uses the characteristics of Cyberse to never give up on Synchro Summoning.
Features that can be deployed in large quantities from Fabled's hand / GY to the field,
Utilizing the performance and support specialized for Cyberse's link summoning,
A deck that can be used for link summoning and synchro summoning.
The main is a delta axel by developing two patterns.
Pattern ①
Set 《Linkuriboh》first and perform a Synchro Summon under it.
After that, using materials including "Linkuriboh", link summon "Decode Talker".
《Decode Talker》links to Synchro Monster, a synchro tuner, and Delta Accel.
Pattern ②
"Linkuriboh" is Link Summoned.
Link summons 《Proxy Dragon》to the link destination.

A 6-star monster that can Special Summon by cutting one hand.
This is also simple and useful, but if you can't afford to put 8 Synchro or 6 Xyz in EX,
I think other monsters are better.

Weakness

★ Bad cards and countermeasures
Monsters that don't allow searches like 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》and 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》,
Cards that negate Special Summon are of course tough.
Other than that, effects that flip monsters like Book of Moon, Book of Total Solar Eclipse, and Fairy Biography - Shirayuki are very troublesome.
It cannot be used as a material for a Link Monster, and the search conditions for 《Fabled Grimro》cannot be met, and you will be unable to move at once.
As a countermeasure against such cards,
I think that 《Twin Twisters》and 《The Fabled Catsith》may also be adopted. (Urahara can't help it)
