Playing

While earning ads with 《The Weather Painter Snow》and 《The Weather Snowy Canvas》, you can block the opponent's board with various The Weather cards, 《The Weather Painter Rainbow》, and cards such as 《Skill Drain》and 《Anti-Spell Fragrance》.
Due to the ruling, you can banish The Weather monsters and activate their effects even under Skidre, and you can "place" The Weather cards even if you have Anti-Spell Fragrance, so you can only put your opponent in a disadvantageous situation.

Strength

With the combo of 《The Weather Painter Sun》and 《The Weather Painter Cloud》, 2 monsters can be arranged on the scene while activating 2 copies of The Weather Spell and Trap from GY.
Thanks to 《The Weather Cloudy Canvas》, it becomes stronger in battle.
《The Weather Rainy Canvas》and 《Anti-Spell Fragrance》can permanently seal spells.
Addendum I misunderstood the effect of "The Weather Auroral Canvas".
However, since it is better than I thought as a hindrance card, the number of cards remains the same.

Weakness

If you don't have a search tag in your first hand, you might get poor.
It may be a little difficult to develop if you are biased towards either The Weather patterns or The Weather monsters.

Customize

If you want to change 《Skill Drain》to 《Macro Cosmos》, or change Magic Seal to Imperial Order, please think about it.
I thought the magic planter would be good, but this time I decided not to use it due to space limitations.
I think Herald monsters are also good matchups, but I was worried about the disadvantage in my hand, so I pulled them out.
