You can't place oppression cards with Gatoms Ω, but you can remove all cards from your opponent's hand.
In the case of Waterfront, I will go to GY several times from the field with keshin sync, so I will first collect it with an off-sleeve movement, reload it with keshin, and put it back with Firewall.
