So, I thought of a Red-Eyes Deck that was conscious of arranging De Accesscode Talker and Tsiolkin.
Well, actually, it's almost the same as a normal electrolysis axis, so it's just a combo introduction.
I'll write how to put out Tziolkin below, but depending on the situation, it's OK to put out other Synchro Xyz normally.
[Flow to Tsiolkin]
〇 Part 1: GY with Redame, Meteor Dragon, Evil Star Dragon, Labra: Gaisen on the field, Spirits (or Living Dead)
At the opponent's end, revive Redame with spirits, and revive Evil Star Dragon with armor.
On your turn, use the Redame effect to revive Meteor Dragon and Labra, and use Evil Star Dragon + Labra to Atumus.
Recruit Evil Thunder Emperor via Atumus Kuroishi (Also possible with Evil Star Dragon).
Summon and remove Kyourai Emperor again.
Send Redame, Meteor Dragon, and Atumus to his GY and link summon De Accesscode Talker.
When sent to his GY of Meteor Dragon's effect reanimate Labra and Tziolkin to the destination of De Accesscode Talker.
〇 Part 2 If the Meteor Dragon in Part 1 did not fall on his GY, add Catalyst Field
At the end of the opponent's end, align spirits armor, own turn redame, line up redame, malevolent star dragon, and lovela.
Evil Star Dragon + Rabra to bring out Atumus and use the effect to recruit Black Steel Dragon.
Send Redame, Atumus, and Black Steel Dragon to his GY and link summon De Accesscode Talker.
Black Steel Dragon's effect searches his deck for Kyoraiou, summons him with Catalyst Field's effect, summons him again, and removes him with his effect.
Resurrect Labra with Gaisen and become Tziolkin.
〇 Part 3 Black Flame Dragon, Evil Star Dragon, Level 6 (or Effect Monster) on the field, 《Ultra Polymerization》in hand
Using 《Ultra Polymerization》, he used Black Flame Dragon and Evil Star Dragon as materials to fusion summon Meteor Dragon.
Sending Black Flame Dragon, Evil Star Dragon (or Effect Monster), and Meteor Dragon, whose effects were negated by 《Ultra Polymerization》to become Effect Monsters, to Link Summon Accesscode Talker.
Resurrect Labra with Meteor Dragon's effect and turn it into Tziolkin.

Strength

If you use Meteor Dragon or Black Steel Dragon as link material, you can deploy efficiently.
Tsiolkin doesn't come out easily, but I think it's strong if it's decided well because it's on par with de Accesscode Talker.

Weakness

It has less interference and is vulnerable to exclusion.
And the extra is crispy and spicy.
