Inflate the entire deck with a large amount of draw sources, and combine it with Librarian's draw acceleration to collect the cards necessary for the Tempest Magician burn loop. (see next item)
The success rate in the first attack is about 70% to 80%. Since it is a loop combo, it also supports 《Maxx "C"》.
I think it would be good if you could take it as a new model of Synchro Dark.
Basically, Junk Synchron and Doppel Warrior are the starting points.
It's quite a bone to turn, but since what you need to do is a straight line, I think that there will be no problem if you accumulate a certain amount of practice.
Since it does not use Zoodiac, it is also recommended for those who have a resistance spirit who want to rebel against the current environment.

Strength

Conditions for Tempester One Kill. (Final stage to aim for)
1. The Librarian must be in play.
2. 《De-Synchro》is in his GY or hand.
3. There must be Magicat and Quantum (Level 4 Tuner) on the field.

1. Synchro Summon Tempester with Magicat on the field and Quantum.
2, Chain 1: Librarian. Chain 2: 《Tempest Magician》. Chain 3: 《Magicat》
3. With the effect of "Magicat", move "De-Synchro" to the top of the Deck.
4. Place a magic counter on yourself with the effect of Tempest Magician.
5. Draw with Librarian's effect (《De-Synchro》confirmed)
6. With the effect of Tempest Magician, remove the counter and get 500 burns.
7. Activate 《De-Synchro》targeting 《Tempest Magician》. Reviving 《Magicat》and Quantum from GY.
8. Synchro summon "Tempest Magician" again with "Magicat" and Quantum (following is a loop)

Weakness

Using only 《Maxx "C"》will show unparalleled strength, but if you use Usagi and Veiler together, your combo will be hindered, so your vulnerability will be revealed.
In addition, the high success rate of 80% in the first attack will be compensated by a delay in tactics in the second attack. This is the same weakness as Synchro Dark.
Also, it seems that this Deck is not suitable for those who are not good at managing resources and precise calculations unique to Synchro.

Customize

Side deck adjustment is essential for tournaments.
Go first and aim for a one-kill, and then use Maxx "C" and other hand triggers to check the opponent's first move.
Kaiju and 《Interrupted Kaiju Slumber》might be a good way to cut back on the opponent's board.
In that case, you can bring it to the kill line by adopting Arms Aid and Chamber Rider together.
