See, that's what the title says, right? It can also be used as a fisher because the exclusion accumulates!

Strength

If a Wyvern in GY or a Dragon Ruler is removed and revived, two dragons will be added to your hand, so your hand will increase. Judgment can also be used normally, and it can also fight as Lilo. It seems to be basic to sleep with a big eye. I think Dragon Ruler only uses basic resurrection effects. It might be different if you have more than one in your hand, but even so, I don't think he's going to spoil GY Fertilize Destroy Resurrection Dragon Search. Depending on the situation, it is also a strength that you can become a big eye from 0 cards in your hand.

Weakness

We haven't taken the plunge with Trap. I think it would be nice to have at least Wehler. GY meta is not as good as Lilo. I think it would be better to have a hand trigger because it's scary to be overwhelmed all at once.
