His GY sending effect of 《Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworn》can be used in the main phase, so in combination with this effect, after fertilizing GY, he will aim for a draw if he is lucky.
After that, it would be even better if it could be connected to Xyz Summoning.
It might be a good idea to consider P summoning as well.

What you're doing isn't bad, but the big bottleneck is that it doesn't work on its own. I tend to use summoning right without deployment effect, but there are many other things I want to prioritize.
It seems to be a good idea to use it together with Luminous, but passing the opponent's turn while leaving a low stat that isn't particularly high isn't what Lilo wants to do right now. It applies to other lyros, but GY manure at the end is slow now. Raiden can be activated from the main, but as mentioned above, there is a tendency to compete for summoning rights.
Luck is also involved in the draw, and the impression is that it is highly dependent on combos and is unstable anyway. Is it basically a card matching staff who asks about the type of Lilo?
