"Star Seraph" Deck 2016

Playing

A normal rank 4 theme for a deck. If there's one thing that sets it apart from the rest, it's the explosive advantage it can create from Rank 4 Xyz with x3 materials from Scepter, Scale, and Sloane.
The cards you want in your starting hand are either Scepter or 《Ties of the Brethren》. Since the movement is determined by the scepter, it is basic to choose the second attack to draw in the first hand.
I don't want to take it as much as possible because the only strong move in the first attack is Wonder Xyz from 《Ties of the Brethren》.
As for movement, Wings is basically the starting point and deploys from there to attack at rank 4.
Also, if you don't have Scale and Sloane in your hand, it's difficult to line up 3 of them, so I used 《Juragedo》and Photon Lead to make it easier to deploy.

Strength

His deck is strong in drawing power from monsters X Summoned using Scepter and Scale as materials.
Also, since Terubou Dou and Star Seraph work well together, there are a lot of slots for extras in the Hope series.
Delta Telos, which uses Scepter as its material, is a pretty strong move like no other.
Also, thanks to Honest in his deck, it's an advantage to be able to deal with the meta with monster effects to some extent.

Weakness

It is extremely weak against opponents who restrict their actions.
With Cyclone and Feather, he has no choice but to deal with spells and traps. Or if you can deploy 3 bodies and have a scepter, you have no choice but to go out with Delta Telos even if there is a high possibility of being blocked.
Majespecter is the worst opponent and there is almost no way to interfere with the unicorn, which is a problem that must be solved.
Also, it's weak point is that there is no move other than using 《Ties of the Brethren》on the first turn of the first attack.

Customize

Since Books' role is nothing other than Star Seraph, it might be a good idea to reduce the number of copies and change to em Hat-Tricker.
I think there is still room for improvement to adapt to the current environment.
