Since the number is small, it became a little closer to permission when I was forced to cram it.
I would like to see more 《Cipher Interference》and monsters soon.

Strength

《Cipher Twin Raptor》《Cipher Mirror Knight》《Cipher Wing》The main lightwave monsters are these three. Let's use it carefully.
Especially important are his Cipher universal search 《Cipher Mirror Knight》and level up 《Cipher Wing》.
Use 《Cipher Mirror Knight》with 《Masked Chameleon》to S・X and earn an advantage.
Once you're ready, it's time to summon the Galaxy Eyes X monster. It can be said that all of these boast the performance of threats. The exclusive Counter Trap 《Tachyon Transmigration》is also very good.
Counter Trap wants to break 《Guiding Ariadne》early and search. 《Dracoslayer Raster P》《Wavering Eyes》《Scrap Dragon》mainly do the splitting work.
For the time being, 《Guiding Ariadne》and 《Dracoslayer Raster P》can aim for a Pendulum Summon.
The problem is the card with lightwave support. Currently, what I'm doing is flashy but difficult to handle "Double Cipher", and "Cipher Bit" that can only be searched.
Since it's a big deal, I decided to build it with a combo using 《Double Cipher》.
The combo is as follows.
If there is a monster with ATK higher than 100 on the opponent's field, he activates "Darkworld Shackles" on "Galaxy Eyes FA/Photon/Dragon" A to make it 100 ATK and DEF. 《Double Cipher》activates 《Galaxy Eyes FA・Photon・Dragon》B as Special Summon. 《Galaxy Eyes FA・Photon・Dragon》A uses its own effect to change the equipment card to ORU, and the offense and defense return to normal, while 《Galaxy Eyes FA・Photon・Dragon》B has 《No.》is put on.
With this, 4000 large monsters such as "Galaxy Eyes FA Photon Dragon", which has a destructive effect, and "No.95 Galaxy Eyes Dark Matter Dragon", which can only attack monsters twice, are lined up. A large number of Counter Traps will also protect you.
《Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon》is also good for the above combo. The only difference is that A is an equipment card ORU, B is stacked, and both AB are stacked.
《Darkworld Shackles》is meant to be used against your opponent, so I don't think there's a problem with stacking 3.

Weakness

Deck is still incomplete. It looks like it will still play an active role in the anime, so I'm looking forward to the new card. I would like the main card from the extras, please. I was hoping that 《Cipher Interference》would allow me to build a decent Deck that could beat even lower players, but I'm sorry I didn't.

Customize

I put in a lot of Counter Trap gimmicks, so if you remove them, I think it will be a completely different [light wave].
