Summoning right is the theme of Galaxy, so it's a bottleneck to use summoning right. (The same can be said for the mage.) It's not as powerful as a one-for-one just for this kid...I personally think that the correct answer is to spread the theme development route with a pinpoint.

The 《Galaxy Eyes》Special Summon effect in the hand and GY is also excellent, but using this card and using its effect uses the summoning right, and this card is released and disappears from the field. If you want to go that far, it would be better to prepare a new level 8 and prepare a gimmick that special summons rank 8.
There may be multiple supports that can be received at level 1, but it doesn't make much sense in 《Galaxy》/《Photon》. If this card had a level 8 fluctuating effect, it would have seen more use.
