Let's beat it slowly while excluding it.
I think the key is to make good use of the highly mediocre 《D.D. Scout Plane》as long as you can exclude it.
Survivors will not be able to return alive if they are used as Xyz materials unlike reconnaissance planes, so be careful when issuing rank 4.
It's a simple dimension Monarch, but there are many things you can do, so I'd like to play tenaciously.

Strength

It is atrocious to remove the entire deck with Torrent Funerals, Black Holes, etc. while 《Macro Cosmos》and 《Dimensional Fissure》are deployed. You can return survivors and reconnaissance planes while excluding the other party.
Under the deployment of 《Macro Cosmos》or 《Dimensional Fissure》, you can deal damage by releasing scout planes or survivors and summoning 《Dark Dust Spirit》.
If the release factor for Monarchs and Evil Spirits is ruled out, it's best to use your opponent's monsters with Returning Survivors and Scouts, and his King of Monarchs in Rage.
TG Striker is also excellent as a release factor for his Tribute Summon, but depending on the situation, you can aim for Rank 2 Xyz or Synchro Summon.
《Cyber Valley》can be used for drawing and buying time
Since it is mainly based on exclusion, you can fight quite dominantly depending on the opponent.

Weakness

It is a hand accident and a low RBI.
If you don't have 《Macro Cosmos》or 《Dimensional Fissure》in your hand, it will be difficult to develop. Even if you come too much, it will rot...
Let's hope that 《Cyber Valley》can draw the card we want.
Low RBI can only be managed with removal and extras.
Also, if you spend too much, you will become poor, so always keep your hand and hold on.
