Since Fisherman and his Cyber Dragon are of the same level, I thought it would be possible to use a monster slot, so he is Deck. (I wonder if water should be the main force)
With 《Monster Slots》targeting Level 5 such as Cyber Dragon, Fisherman is his Special Summon!
If you're lucky, draw Sansei with the fisherman on the field!
Aim for a large amount of damage with high firepower from the extra when the opponent is empty due to the effect!
After that, a few 《Cyber Valley》, 《Sacred Sword of Seven Stars》, etc. to draw.

Strength

Aim for high firepower with the damage double effect of the third generation!
To do that, first draw Mawashi Sansei with Valley, monster slots, 《Sylvan Princessprite》, etc. (

If it comes to your hand, summon Fisherman with Monster Reborn, Barbarian Feast LV5, D/D/R from exclusion, monster slots, etc., and Special Summon Sansei! Activate its effect to banish your opponent's monsters!
Furthermore, if you still have Barbarian Feast LV5, set up Crystal Zero Lancer, 《Shark Fortress》next to it, and do a lot of damage! (If 《Overlay Booster》was sleeping in his GY...)
If you have Overlord Fijon, 3 attacks with 4000 《Chimeratech Overdragon》or 《Chimeratech Rampage Dragon》will get you 1 kill! (I wish I could)
Also, Sansei himself and the level 1 tuner Red Archfiend's Dragon still have firepower.

Drop his Cyber Dragon at level 5 on his GY to earn the cost of the monster slot.
A fusion material for Rampage and Over Dragon.

Weakness

Since there are a lot of semi-advanced decks, there is always a card accident, and the main deck's firepower is low.
《Skill Drain》is too painful because there is almost nothing to break the bag.
It's like having no means of protection.
Since GY is used a lot, it is also vulnerable to exclusion systems.

Customize

Pull out 《Solar Wind Jammer》, add a lot of semi-advanced level 5 warriors such as Red Layer, 《Overlay Booster》, 《Earth Armor Ninja》, and throw in the full barbarian feast LV5 to make Rank 5 easier.
《Twin Twisters》might be good to break the deal and back with the rotten level 5 in your hand.
In order to activate the damage double effect of the third generation, prepare D.D. Crow etc.
At that time, 《Where Arf Thou?》seems to be useful for searching (Deck compression).
《Skill Successor》, which can increase your firepower by 400 or 800, may be useful.
Sansei is a warrior, so Synchro Dragon is tolerated, and 《Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste》with Dragon Mirror seems interesting.
