Wind-Up is one that seems interesting even if you use one. He's level 5, and his ATK goes up by 400, so he's not weak.
I'd like to aim for Rank 5 Xyz as it is, but I don't think it's necessary to raise Rank 5 if you're looking for an ATK increase.
