Playing

1. Call the Rio Arms and search for the tiger or dragon you need
2. Summon Hope and equip Tiger and Dragon
That's all there is to do.
The fear is that it will be removed when you summon HOPE, so in addition to the face-down removal, I also added Rebound as a bounce countermeasure.
Drones and Proliferate G (and Rebound ) cover your hand consumption.

Strength

Overwhelming pressure anyway. Once you can summon Hope + Tiger + Dragon, your opponent will have no choice but to use Targetless Destruction x2 or Targetless Bounce. If you have a unicorn in your hand, it's even better if you use Hope Lay and put it on together, as you can seal off Otome and Sack as well.
Barring accidents, it can even compete with the Dragon Ruler.

Weakness

The strength is quite different between the first attack and the second attack. If you are knocked down by the first attack, you will lose without being able to deploy unless you are very lucky.
High accident rate. If you can't put out Lio Arms, let's do our best with Hope.

Customize

It might be good to add 《Masked Chameleon》to make it easier to summon Hope. If Synchro Monster is included, I think it will be able to handle various things.
Since it's difficult to use Strong Ken at the right time, it's a good idea to remove it and add more Deploy Assists and prone removal.
