There are two main effects of Stilts Shooter. One is that he can Special Summon from his hand when there are no monsters on the field. This is actually a pretty strict condition because it requires that there are no monsters not only in your own field but also in the opponent's field. This effect also makes him lose his Normal Summon for that turn when he Special Summons. Do you want to give up the summoning right and make a monster with 2200 RBI? It's actually pretty subtle if you ask me. Well, the favorite is the next effect, when the effect that deals damage to the opponent is activated, when GY has an "Em" other than himself, he banishes this card from GY and deals an additional 2000 damage. 2000+α is quite a lot for burn damage, but it feels like everything is ruined because of the effect in the early stages and the unnecessarily high level of 6.
Next is Flame Eater, the monster that prevented the main character Yuuya Sakaki from being defeated in the anime, but the effect has been changed due to the conspiracy of the mysterious organization K. As the first effect, when the "effect that damages you" is activated, you can make yourself a Special Summon from your hand and reduce the damage to 0. This effect protected Yuuya. Even OCG is a good card if it stays like this. However, a mysterious sentence was added by Society K, saying, ``After this effect is activated, he can only Special Summon ``Em'' monsters.'' Since his own stats are poor, he can basically use some kind of material, but since he can't Special Summon anything other than "Em", the only place to settle down is "Em Trapeze Magician". Trapeze is a monster that comes out when you have the upper hand, and cannot fully utilize its performance on its own. That's why it's called industrial waste. And one more thing. Summoning this card, Special Summon has added an effect that deals 500 damage to each other when successful. Even though the damage was erased by the first effect, for some reason it is a style that produces damage by itself. By the way, if Dennis used the OCG version of Flame Eater, Yuuya would die from the Flame Ball (200 damage to the opponent). Why did this happen...
Well, although the two bodies have undergone severe OCG conversion, there are various uses for summoning Flame Eaters and self-destruction damage during Special Summon. The first thing that comes to my mind is to make Thousand Blade react by self-destructing. This time, he is Deck, who wants to use this self-destruct damage as a trigger to inflate the damage with Stilts.
That's why, in order to efficiently send Stiltz to his GY, I mixed it with [Shaddoll], which allows him to fuse his deck with 《Shaddoll Fusion》. Blades can be used for combos, and in order to deal with the Stilts that come to the hand without waste, I pile up a lot of Shekinaga, and Midra, which is bad for chaining Special Summons, is a pin. Also, since the Flame Eater is a flame, it is equipped with Eglista, which is also a countermeasure against Pendulum Summon. She also has Shaddoll, Em being her spell wielder, which makes her Special Summon easy, and also has Charmer companions that make it easier to make Rank 4.

Strength

By placing Stilts (and Em) on GY and normal summoning Flame Eater to her, it is possible to deal 2500 damage to the opponent. Reanimate Thousand Blade in response to the ensuing suicide burn, place a rank 4 chain on Xyz, place a second Stilz on her GY, drop Crown if Chain survives, and revive Flame Eater. I will aim for something like 2500 burns again. Since there is 2800 damage of gunman + stilts as a lead firepower, if even stilts is dropped to her GY, you can create a "gunman stilts line" that surpasses the Gustav line.

Weakness

Stilts-Sun, I really don't want you to come full with your first hand... This is actually the hardest. Stilts' "HELLOW!" is also quite irritating when I'm in a pinch.
Also, it's an accident when you have too many 《Shaddoll Fusion》in your hand. Shaddoll It's bad if you can't draw monsters at all and only fuse. Then there are the Special Summon meta and the GY meta.
