"Utopia" Deck 2015

Playing

His Deck is enough to win with Hope.
Use Crown Blade, Samopuri, 《Goblindbergh》, etc. to line up level 4 as quickly as possible and bring out Hope.
I wanted to create a deck that can bring out all the hopes, so it will be a Rank-Up-Magic axis.
RDM is also included to bring out the roots.
The ideal situation is that 《Solemn Wishes》has already been activated and you have Tactics and Wave in your hand. After that, if you don't even get in the way, you can also do one kill.
Crownblade from Laval, Lightning with Hope. With just this, you can draw 3 cards without any disadvantages with Solemn Wishes. Furthermore, 2000 damage is done by the effect of the wave.
If you set it to ONE in the process to Lightning, it's okay to draw Quick Chaos while drawing Tactics. Hope Ray is C No. Because of that, there are restrictions.
Here are the main layouts.
①Crown blade
A recent topic. It can be issued from Laval, and it can be activated just by setting it.
These two Xyz materials will activate even if he goes to GY, so it's almost guaranteed that he will have two in his opponent's turn.
②《Goblindbergh》
"As long as you have this card in your hand, it doesn't matter what other monsters you have." The ideal would be Blade, Trikura, or Samopuri.
③ Summon Priest
It's more reliable than "Goblindbergh" because you can Special Summon roughly level 4 from the Deck just by discarding a spell card. Duplicate tactics are ideal candidates for discarding. If you discard Astral Force, you can go beyond from his GY recovery in the draw phase.
④Hat tricker
It doesn't matter who you are or who you are on the field, so as long as your opponent calls you, that's fine. Since there is no limit on the number of times you can specify a name, you can aim for Rank 4 with this card alone. Is this the one that juggler calls first?
⑤Halbert
This is quite limited because it requires the presence of a monster on the opponent's field and his ATK or defense power that can deal damage. However, it is still strong to be able to Special Summon with the Cyber Dragon effect. He can Normal Summon after dealing damage, so it still ranks 4.
Ads are drawn by tactics. As mentioned above, if 《Solemn Wishes》and Wave are active, you can draw a card without cost and deal damage unilaterally.
The more draws you have, the more likely you are to have Rank-Up-Magic in your hand, so you can connect it to Dragoon or his Zexal. If you have two hat-trickers in your hand, you can get a second or third one.
The combo of 《Solemn Wishes》and 《Maxx "C"》is also strong. He recovers LP just by doing his Special Summon, so he can put more pressure on his opponent than G alone. This is especially true against opponents who use Synchro and Xyz a lot.

Strength

V if it cannot be destroyed by battle.

Once you get into a fight, you can almost win.

Weakness

All of the above strengths come from your hand.
If you don't have Rank-Up-Magic in your hand in the first place, there's nothing you can do. If your hand is all spell cards, you can't move at all.
Worst case, you can't do anything and get beaten up.
Special Summon Bind is of course painful, but Search Bind like "Thunder King Rai-Oh" and Dark Law is also painful.
Also, 《Anti-Spell Fragrance》is a pain because it uses a lot of spell cards.
It is immune to most Spell Traps, such as Torrents during the summoning process, Pitfalls other than Zexal, and Compulsory Evacuation Device.
Feather Duster is the only removal card, so the removal card is preserved.
Since I didn't include abyss etc., it's hard to remove strong monsters such as Nova and Dark Law from the opponent's Infinity during the summoning stage.
Also, there is really nothing you can do about special victory opponents such as countdowns.

Customize

I'm sorry to say this, but Xyz Monster is more stable if you don't get hung up on Hope. To be frank, there are many situations that can be managed with Lightning.
Also, 《Solemn Wishes》and Wave are cards I put in just to satisfy myself, so it would be nice to switch to other general-purpose traps.
Regarding level 4 monsters, it seems that there are other stable monsters. Because these were made by dismantling [Heroic] once, so there are remnants of that.
