So I put together a Deck that includes all the Xyz Monsters derived from Hope, starting with Utopia!
I posted a similar Deck before, but it seems that a new Hope 《No.93 Utopia Kaiser》will appear, so he changed some of the contents of the Deck and posted it again!
Basic operation
The basic operation is to take advantage of the effects of each monster to gather level 4 monsters, Xyz, and derive various hopes from there.
Use the effects of 《Goblindbergh》and 《Kagetokage》in the early stages when GY is not ready, and when GY is in place, use the effects of 《Gogogo Giant》, 《Gagaga Sister》, and 《Gagaga Mancer》to deploy monsters!
RUM is mainly what he will use as a cost for Zexal Hope and Hope Dragoon. However, both RUMs have effects that can be reversed, so they may come in handy in times of need!
Almost all hopes are pin-stacked, so be careful when using them. In particular, if you use Beyond or Lightning, which can handle high RBIs, it will be difficult later, so let's save it until the moment.

Strength

About Hope, which takes time to summon
《No.93 Utopia Kaiser》
It is a monster that takes a little time to summon because it is necessary to prepare two numbers with the same rank and materials. Below is an example of the flow up to the summons.
Hand: V Salamander, a card that can Special Summon level 4 monsters
GY : Utopia
1. Summon V Salamander, revive his GY Hope with effect
2. Xyz summon Hope Ray or Hope ONE on top of the revived Hope
3. Special Summon a level 4 monster and Xyz Summon Hope with a V Salamander and a level 4 monster
4. Xyz Summon Kaiser with the above two bodies
It's not easy to Xyz Summon many times in one turn with this Deck, so basically he sent Hope to GY in advance as described above and revived it with V Salamander or Xyz Reborn. I will take the means of aligning it on the field.

Also like Hope Kaiser, summoning requires two of his Xyz Monsters. Unlike Hope Kaiser, he can only use 2 Gagaga Xyz Monsters as materials in this Deck, as he must use monsters other than No. Below is an example of the flow up to the summons.
Hand: 《Gagaga Sister》, 《Gagaga Child》
GY: Either Gagaga Xyz
1. Summon "Gagaga Sister", search for "Gagagarevenge" with effect
2. 《Gagaga Child》with own effect Special Summon
3. With the effect of Gagaga Sister, Sister and Kid's level is raised to 4.
4. Use Kid and Sister to Xyz Summon Gagaga Samurai (or Gunman)
5. With "Gagagarevenge" he revived GY's "Gagaga Cowboy" (or Samurai)
6. Xyz Summon the Future Emperor with Gunman and Samurai
In this case, as with Kaiser, the basic principle is to send one to her GY and revive it. Gagaga Xyz can also be revived with 《Gagagarevenge》or 《Gagaga Mancer》, so I think it's easier to summon than Kaiser (well, it's almost the same (laughs)).
If you have a hand with 4 monsters, you can summon him without resorting to resurrection from GY as mentioned above. However, to be honest, I don't think it's possible to go that far, so I think it's better to keep it to the extent that you can afford it (￣▽￣；)

Weakness

Also, honestly, there is almost no taste to adopt Hope Kaiser (￣▽￣；)
Since there is no way to remove Spell/Trap like 《Gagagabolt》, I think that decks with many face down cards will have a hard time.

Customize

In terms of summoning Hope, I think it would be much more stable to use Asterdrone or 《Sacred Crane》to fight while holding back, or to incorporate the Crown Blade gimmick. I wanted to make an Astral Deck as well as a Hope Deck, so I made his Deck based on their cards, but if you're not particular about it, I recommend using the above gimmick.
Also, he chose Gagaga Xyz as a material for the future emperor, but I think it would be nice to use something with a higher degree of versatility here as well. As a candidate, Castel and Butte, who can be expected to play an active role as removal personnel, and 《Daigusto Emeral》, which can recover GY's Hope...Maybe Mae Stroke is good in terms of Yuma's cards.
