Gagaga is mostly low class, and I don't think it will go bad because it's an easy-to-use all-purpose destruction card. When you get metabolized by some kind of card, it's convenient to have a removal that can be used quickly with Sister.
However, it's undeniable that the single-target removal isn't very powerful, and there are things you want to search for first, so whether or not you use it will likely depend on the environment and your opponent.
