I think that those who also have Norden are stronger to put it in.
I think there is room for improvement, such as removing RUM, V, Victory, Beyond, and Dragoon and adding highly versatile Rank 4 like Honors and Castel.
This time, since it's a Hope Deck, I'm only using Hope-type extras, but I don't mind removing Hope Zexal and Dragoon because they can't prompt the activation of Tactics.
