That's why it's a mixed deck that ignores stability by mixing Cyber with a gimmick puppet that has almost no teeth against the themes that have appeared (strengthened) since the 9th term.
The concept is to use the opponent's removal cards with Cyber Dragon Infinity, which has extremely high control and removal power, and attack with Gimme Pape Xyz, the favorite. There are times when only Machine monsters can Special Summon due to the effect of Dry and Marshalling, but Gimme Pape is originally a Deck like his Machine bound, so I don't think it's too much of a disadvantage.

Strength

Cyber Dragon and Marshalling Field work well together, so even in situations where you can only get Necro, you can use Gimme Pape Xyz with Marshalling. (This is the same for Fortress.)
Thanks to Kimefo, it is easy to break through the recently popular Ptolenova Infinity lineup, which is an advantage.
Also, I think the high power of Infinity and Chaos are strengths.

Weakness

Since it is his deck that was forcibly mixed, the accident rate is higher than pure Gimme Pape. Since there is no way to bring marshalling directly, the duel often ends without being able to do anything.
After that, as you all know, exclusion, Special Summon Bind, GY Bind, handicap, effect negate, and gun down are all caught in major metas, and once interference comes in, it's easy to stop.

Customize

Adjusting the number of drys and fortresses and adding general-purpose spells and traps... isn't this a fundamental solution?
