So I thought of his deck in the Rainbow Neos style.
[early stage]
In the early game, getting a fusion card in your hand is the top priority.
Search for a fusion using Blazeman.
[middle stage]
Search for Rainbow Neos materials.
Dragon Awakening Melody + Shadow Mist Combo
Invite Neos, Gem God, and Chaos Monarch Dragon into your hand.
Even if you don't have Awakening Melody in your hand, you can easily collect materials by using the combos described below.
[Endgame]
Enter the final rush.
Summon Rainbow Neos to the field with 《Mound of the Bound Creator》or 《Royal Decree》.
Summon the Chaos Monarch Dragon as the Rainbow Neos alone isn't enough firepower.
+Devil Franken can ensure victory if you have extra summons.

Strength

Dragon Awakening Melody + Shadow Mist combo is brutal.
You can search for Neos, Gem God, Chaos Monarch Dragon at once.
That said, there may be times when you don't have Awakening Melody in your hand.
In such cases use the following combo:
① Photon Slasher + Airman or Blazeman
　
② Airman or Blazeman + Bubbleman
　
③ Summon Priest + Airman or Blazeman
By connecting any combo to the Laval Balchain
You can search for two of Fusion, Neos, and Gem God.
Now it's really easy to collect materials for Rainbow Neos.

Weakness

Special Summon I'm not good at sealing. Although it is somewhat reinforced with the Book of the Moon and 《Forbidden Chalice》.
Also, since the deck is not good at long-term battles, it is necessary to be conscious of short-term decisive battles.

Customize

Instead of Bubbleman, it might be good to put something like 《Blue Mountain Butterspy》.
It takes courage to put your hand face down on the field.
