Playing

Use 《Neos Fusion》and 《Polymerization》to summon 《Rainbow Neos》and 《Elemental HERO Neos Kluger》.

Strength

With his high ATK of Rainbow Neos, powerful removal effects, and effect damage from Elemental HERO Neos Kluger and Neos Wiseman, he will corner the opponent.
If you use the effect of "Number 60: Dugares the Timeless" to double his ATK with "Rainbow Neos" in a situation where you can attack directly, you can get a one-shot kill.

Weakness

It's a Deck that can summon powerful monsters, and if the effect works, it can be advantageous, but it can't be deployed in large numbers, so if one monster is eliminated or negated, you will be at an overwhelming disadvantage.

Customize

《Keeper of Dragon Magic》is used to draw 《Neos Fusion》into your hand, and 《Summoner Monk》that can recruit it is used three times.
These two cards can be used to convert your hand to other cards, so they are also useful for reducing hand accidents.
Also, even if you can't get these cards together, you can use the effects of Vision HERO Vyon and Elemental HERO Shadow Mist to search for Elemental HERO Neos and Polymerization and connect them to a Fusion Summon.
In addition, it also uses "Elemental HERO Stratos" that can search for "Vision HERO Vyon" and "A Hero Lives" that can call it without using the summoning right.
There are many 10* monsters in his Deck, so there is a possibility of hand-card mishaps, so we also use Phantasm Emperor Trilojig, which can be fusion summoned with those monsters.
